Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operationalize GenAI applications such as conversational assistants, copilots, and AI tools for business users.
  • •Develop intelligent document processing solutions using NLP, information extraction, and GenAI techniques to classify, extract, structure, and enrich unstructured content.
  • •Build AI-driven automation workflows and smart intake solutions that route, validate, and process business information across systems.
  • •Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into enterprise applications and workflows for decision support and automation.
  • •Design and implement RAG systems and enterprise search/knowledge base solutions, including guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, and cloud deployment at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical roles.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and/or other domain-specific languages for managing and retrieving data systems.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered solutions in production, including NLP/machine learning/GenAI applications.
  • •Solid understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval systems for RAG/semantic search.
