Job Summary

Design and operationalize GenAI applications, including conversational assistants, copilots, and AI-powered tools for business users. Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operationalize GenAI applications such as conversational assistants, copilots, and AI tools for business users.
•Develop intelligent document processing solutions using NLP, information extraction, and GenAI techniques to classify, extract, structure, and enrich unstructured content.
•Build AI-driven automation workflows and smart intake solutions that route, validate, and process business information across systems.
•Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into enterprise applications and workflows for decision support and automation.
•Design and implement RAG systems and enterprise search/knowledge base solutions, including guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, and cloud deployment at scale.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical roles.
•Strong programming skills in Python.
•Knowledge of SQL and/or other domain-specific languages for managing and retrieving data systems.
•Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered solutions in production, including NLP/machine learning/GenAI applications.
•Solid understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval systems for RAG/semantic search.
