  • •Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams to deliver business goals.
  • •Lead an autonomous team of software engineers working closely with product management.
  • •Develop the team and provide technical authority with a hands-on leadership style.
  • •Own the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production deployment for the team.
  • •Drive engineering best practices across delivery, testing, and iteration in an agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years as a software technocrat using C#, Nodejs (or other OOP languages), REST APIs, webhooks, and async communication with queues/streams (RabbitMQ and Kafka).
  • •2+ years using observability systems such as Dynatrace and Grafana.
  • •2+ years of managerial experience leading development of customer-facing products.
  • •Experience with messaging queues/streams such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.
  • •Experience with microservices and engineering best practices (unit tests, code reviews, testing coverage, agile).
