Key Responsibilities

  • •Review customer-provided specifications, drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics to confirm completeness and technical accuracy.
  • •Interface with the customer and their consultants to clarify unknowns or gather additional information to produce an accurate bid.
  • •Generate detailed, formal Scope of Work documents defining all services to be performed for the project.
  • •Maintain excruciating detail and documentation prior to the hard bid process, ensuring alignment on requirements and exclusions.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and sales to compile the BOM and secure current vendor pricing for all components.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience estimating, costing, and sales is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of production of electrical enclosures, switchboards and switchgear; knowledge of modular electrical buildings (e-houses / PDCs) is a plus.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and Google products; ERP experience, with Infor Visual or Acumatica a plus.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
  • •Willingness to undergo a background and drug test.
