•Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and implement rapid fixes to improve performance.
•Launch, test, and iterate on landing pages, funnels, and offers with a data-driven approach.
•Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define strategy and execute against a clear roadmap.
•Report on revenue, efficiency, and next steps, maintaining a high-trust, owner-mentality culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 144,000 annually
