Lead the strategic costing function across brands and regions by setting vision, standardizing processes, and ensuring cost integrity. Own the end-to-end costing framework and costing guidelines, and establish a Hardware Costing Tool to validate hardware costs for negotiations. Drive costing and planning systems/process improvements, implement changes regionally, support vendor negotiation and supply policy improvements, and manage yield while aligning cost standards to protect quality and delivery.
