Key Responsibilities

  • •Fly the assigned aircraft from one destination to another in accordance with the given schedules and approved flight plans, acting as the ultimate responsible for the aircraft during the assigned flights with safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort as priorities.
  • •Ensure flights are conducted per the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulations, maintaining procedures for safe and smooth operation.
  • •Conduct pre-flight briefings to ensure crew are informed of flight details and responsibilities.
  • •Liaise with co-pilots and Dispatch Team prior to each flight to ensure crew are prepared with required information (aircraft status, route, weather, fuel, etc.).
  • •Ensure fuel-efficient flight operations within safety constraints and oversee safety, security, fuel, and transit checks for each flight, directing crew as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Appropriate ATPL license is a must.
  • •Must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
  • •Must pass the Medical Fitness check-up carried for the Pilots as per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
  • •Training in safety and emergency response is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage.
  • •Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage.
