Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff; communicate directly with Fever Originals manager.
  • •Full visibility into staff roster; set schedule; communicate with staffing agency about reschedules of events.
  • •Ensure each staff member is trained in duties (ticket validation, guest seating, candle setup).
  • •Drive uHaul with event supplies to and from concert venues and arrange alternatives if driver’s license is unavailable.
  • •Manage inventory and track supplies for venues; handle printing needs and guest lists; oversee opening/closing remarks when required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in event management and/or a relevant degree (preferred).
  • •Exceptional customer service skills.
  • •Experience leading an on-site team.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Knowledge of AV and PA systems (desirable) and ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
