Collaborate across ML, Product, Infrastructure, and DS teams to deliver personalized content at scale and improve user engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement content discovery algorithms to deliver a highly personalized user experience for notifications
•Define the vision for the Notifications Relevance team and deeply understand the product to guide the road map
•Enhance core recommendation capabilities (retrieval, ranking, budgeting) and design new pipeline components, deploying ML models and integrating LLMs with robust monitoring
•Serve as the primary ML domain expert, making architectural decisions and ensuring smooth product integration across the engineering organization
•Collaborate with ML, Product, Infrastructure, and DS teams to solve complex technical challenges and scale impact

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 230,000 - 322,000

Key Requirements

•8+ years of industry experience with deep expertise in large-scale recommendation systems (notifications experience preferred)
•Strong experience building and deploying large-scale ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
•Experience working with LLMs in production and utilizing generative AI to augment recommendation systems
•Proficiency in Python and Golang (object-oriented programming)
•Ability to design, deploy, and monitor ML models at scale and drive architectural decisions
