Plant Foreperson (Internal Applicants Only) - Blair, NE

Supervise and coordinate plant operations for ready-mix concrete, hot-mix asphalt, and/or aggregate production. Lead teams across safety, maintenance, production efficiency, and product quality, partnering with Area and Operations Managers and the Quality Control Department. Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations, run weekly safety meetings, handle reporting and payroll documentation, and manage daily deliveries and raw material inventory.
