Associate Manager - International Payroll (UAE Nationals only) (Dubai, AE)

Lead international payroll operations across the EGA Group, including employee and contractor payroll system development, governance, and controls. Manage strategy implementation, budgeting, policies, and process improvements to ensure accurate, timely, and secure payroll for multiple overseas offices. Oversee SAP master data integrity, payroll accounting (GLs), tax deductions, reporting mechanisms, and audit liaison. Provide subject-matter expertise, mentor the payroll team, and manage international payroll risk alignment with governance and risk appetite.
