Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities such as presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process, owning sourced loans through closing while following confidentiality and risk policies.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
  • •Must obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS (MU4R questions and registration).
