Key Responsibilities

  • •Register and validate new motor claims promptly and accurately, applying policy terms and conditions.
  • •Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims within authority limits to deliver fair and timely outcomes.
  • •Manage a varied caseload, including identifying and handling potential fraud through evidence gathering and risk assessment.
  • •Liaise with underwriters, suppliers, solicitors, and loss adjusters to support smooth claim resolution.
  • •Maintain accurate reserves, process payments to guidelines and regulatory standards, and escalate claims outside authority as needed.
