Manage program execution for the KC-46 Air Vehicle CAM team by running Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes, owning scope, schedule, budget, and monthly EAC reporting for control accounts. Establish performance measurement baselines, monitor cost and schedule performance, maintain CAMVis and Quantifiable Backup Data (QBD), identify risks/opportunities, and drive root-cause corrective actions. Collaborate across integrated product teams and maintain audit-ready files.

•Use program management best practices to manage the team’s efforts.
•Set up program startup activities including the performance measurement baseline aligned with the Statement of Work (SoW).
•Manage control account performance, identify resource needs, and elevate issues to the IPT leader and impacted program managers.
•Monitor cost/schedule performance, track EV metrics, and provide monthly updates including credible EACs and variance (VAR) analysis.
•Maintain audit-ready control account files and complete required training to become certified as a Control Account Manager.

•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
