Lead the North American Ultrasound clinical education delivery organization, driving large-scale education and adoption programs that improve customer outcomes and long-term success. Manage teams across multiple clinical modality areas, oversee high-impact customer projects and escalations, and ensure readiness through contractual, financial, and operational validation. Set and execute customer success strategies, partner cross-functionally with product and services teams, and drive operational and financial performance through budgets, KPIs, risk mitigation, and talent development.
