Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of leadership experience in business operations, clinical education, customer success, healthcare services, or a related field, including leading teams and managing complex cross-functional programs.
  • •Strong program and project management, change management, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
  • •Experience managing budgets, resource planning/allocation, KPI management, and risk assessment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, Clinical Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.
