Key Responsibilities

•Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design/architect systems of varying complexity.
•Build product components across the web application layer, backend, systems, streaming, and associated technologies.
•Establish and implement engineering best practices to ensure high quality and consistent agile delivery.
•Scale distributed applications, apply synchronous/asynchronous architectural tradeoffs, and deliver with speed and quality.
•Optimize APIs, maintain unit tests, fix defects, and support continuous integration of automated builds and deployments.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience designing, building, and testing Java EE applications, plus 2+ years as a lead developer or technical lead managing developers/engineers.
•In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
•Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
•Knowledge of cloud technologies with exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.).
•Strong skills designing scalable solutions for large-scale distributed environments, including RDBMS and NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB).
