Key Responsibilities

  • •Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design/architect systems of varying complexity.
  • •Build product components across the web application layer, backend, systems, streaming, and associated technologies.
  • •Establish and implement engineering best practices to ensure high quality and consistent agile delivery.
  • •Scale distributed applications, apply synchronous/asynchronous architectural tradeoffs, and deliver with speed and quality.
  • •Optimize APIs, maintain unit tests, fix defects, and support continuous integration of automated builds and deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience designing, building, and testing Java EE applications, plus 2+ years as a lead developer or technical lead managing developers/engineers.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
  • •Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
  • •Knowledge of cloud technologies with exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.).
  • •Strong skills designing scalable solutions for large-scale distributed environments, including RDBMS and NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB).
