Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute monthly/quarterly calculations for compensation plans to ensure accurate, complete, and policy-compliant payments.
  • •Coordinate budget-procurement relations and support procurement system and workflow implementation.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, legal, operations, IT, HR, and others) to understand needs and deliver results.
  • •Act as main point of contact for incentive-related matters across global business units and locations.
  • •Provide ongoing financial support and decision-making analysis for teams, projects, Sales ROI, customer transactions, and ad-hoc initiatives; perform financial data analytics and optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum degree qualifications in Finance/Accounting or similar.
  • •1-2 years of experience in a similar role (advantage).
  • •Strong analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to leverage technology.
  • •Proficient with MS Office packages, with advanced Excel skills, and various accounting applications.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; details oriented and meticulous.
