Manage airline ticket refund processing within the Central Refund Team, handling fare rule analysis, refund calculations, transaction processing, and recovery of unclaimed refunds. Work across GCC requests and execute refunds accurately and efficiently across GDS systems, NDC platforms, and airline refund applications. Provide refund quotations, resolve related queries, maintain refund records, and generate periodic reports while ensuring financial reconciliation and compliance with rules.
