Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute client account servicing activities, including updating databases, preparing documentation, opening/closing accounts, imaging records, and processing funds transfers.
  • •Communicate with relationship management and operations teams to obtain required information and properly execute client requests.
  • •Maintain and review client and investor records across applicable servicing systems, ensuring required documentation is collected and imaged.
  • •Support capital activity processing and partner accounting workflows, including capital calls and distributions.
  • •Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks across CRM, accounting systems, and reporting outputs; identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.

Key Requirements
