Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage subcontractor onboarding and pre-mobilization requirements, including collecting deliverables, setting due dates, and following up with reviewers.
  • •Coordinate document control setup and ensure IFC deliverables are distributed in a timely manner via Fusion Live.
  • •Process Field Change Orders (FCOs): gather onsite RFQ information, create requisitions, obtain quotes, review subcontractor FCOs, and validate unit/T&M rates for scope changes.
  • •Draft contractual documents and correspondence for changes in scope or contract terms, including field directives and letters for CM/PM review and signature.
  • •Set up and run weekly construction meetings, maintain minutes and records, manage weekly reporting, and expedite required inputs across project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience in site subcontracts administration, contracts management, or commercial administration on industrial or capital projects.
  • •Working knowledge of standard construction contracts, field change order processing, rate validation (unit and T&M), and scope change governance.
  • •Experience coordinating pre-mobilization submittals including safety plans, quality deliverables, and construction execution documentation.
  • •Familiarity with electronic document control systems (e.g., Fusion Live, Aconex) and procurement/ERP workflows.
