  • •Lead client communications and oversee service delivery for cost management services.
  • •Conduct construction market research using official published data and produce thought-leadership reports.
  • •Set strategy and ambition with the team, including risk mitigation plans, performance measurement via KPIs, and management controls aligned to company goals.
  • •Manage financials using internal software (revenue, margin, monthly fees, and resource requirements), and prepare proposals/RFP responses for new work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •15+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment.
