Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of supply chain engineers.
  • •Plan and organize team workload with the goal of meeting project schedule and financial commitments.
  • •Share plans and needs with the APRU master planner to integrate prototype activities into series activities.
  • •Track progress of NPI activities assigned to the teams and periodically support NPI projects directly.
  • •Drive prototype-to-series transfers within the supply chain and contribute to service indicator monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Supply chain education at Bac+5 level with an initial successful experience in similar roles.
  • •Strong proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word) and SAP.
  • •Attraction to a prototype context with significant product mix and high reactivity needs.
  • •Interpersonal/relational qualities.
  • •Experience in hierarchical and transversal people management.
