Key Responsibilities

•Follow company policies and guidelines, adhere to attendance and safety requirements, and wear required personal safety equipment.
•Service blown film production equipment to minimize downtime and scrap, and complete preventive maintenance as scheduled by the Team Leader.
•Complete open work orders in a timely manner and record daily work in the Plant Maintenance Log.
•Assemble, disassemble, and convert/upgrade production lines or support equipment as needed for repairs, upgrades, or installations.
•Inspect production lines and support equipment, perform required maintenance routines, weld metal parts, rotate on-call, and order parts as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, plus specialized training equivalent to one year of college or trade school, or 4–5 years equivalent experience.
•2–4 years of industrial electrical repair experience, including drives, instrumentation, and process controls on high-speed production equipment.
•Basic mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions with little supervision.
•Ability to read mechanical and electrical/engineering blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
•Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems and equipment, and work well in a team environment.
