Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review internal financial reporting materials for executive leadership, the CFO organization, and the Audit Committee.
  • •Support internal and external communications, including earnings releases, SEC filings, investor presentations, and corporate messaging.
  • •Partner across Investor Relations, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Finance to ensure reporting and messaging are accurate, timely, and consistent.
  • •Analyze financial results and troubleshoot data discrepancies to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  • •Maintain SOX controls and drive continuous process improvement through AI adoption, advanced analytics, automation, system implementations, and process standardization.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA certification required (or equivalent) and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
  • •Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and strong working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations.
  • •Demonstrated progressive accounting experience across public accounting and/or industry roles, with FP&A or business analytics experience a plus.
  • •Prior Big 4 (or equivalent) accounting experience and experience supporting large, global, technology-driven environments.
  • •Strong aptitude for information technology and digital tools to enhance reporting processes, with ability to lead multiple workstreams and influence cross-functional partners.
