Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps; lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned portfolio.
•Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support short- and long-term business objectives.
•Provide insights on talent availability and market trends to guide decisions.
•Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in talent attraction and selection by applying best practices to improve diversity in hiring and internal mobility.
•Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in-house with regional exposure
•Proven track record of recruiting diverse roles across varying complexity and hiring volumes, especially in technology and engineeringTalent acquisition
•Experience developing sourcing strategies and using data-driven recruitment to guide strategy
•Proficient with HRIS/ATS platforms (Workday) and workforce analytics tools (PowerBI)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
