Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the PTW system daily for startup operations, maintaining records of permits and associated certificates.
  • •Prepare and review work permit documentation, including JSA’s and site hazard assessments, and verify permits prior to approval.
  • •Identify and manage plant, equipment, and process isolation requirements in line with O&M Isolation Rules, liaising with isolating authorities to implement isolations.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and direct teams in toolbox talks as appropriate; resolve conflicts between simultaneous and adjacent work scopes.
  • •Track permits throughout their lifecycle, maintain daily permit logs, and facilitate PTW audits and worksite inspections.
