Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to CRSP teams (Line Haul, Air Coordination Cell, Container Processing/Fabrication, Customs Clearance, and TAS), coordinating multimodal movement activities.
  • •Verify and process shipment documentation (DD Form 1149, TAC Codes, DODAACs, shipment priority/POC info) and validate manifests, MROs, DD Form 1384, and related forms (DD Form 1387-2, DD Form 1907, and DD Form 1384 TCMD).
  • •Coordinate inspections, cargo receipt and delivery processing, export inspections with Military Customs, and support convoy operations with safety briefings.
  • •Maintain logistics execution data and reporting across the AOR, including LIS data in GCSS-Army and historical cargo movement data.
  • •Operate and support equipment (MHE such as forklifts/container handlers), manage container handling/JCM reporting, and ensure compliance with DTR 4500.9-R and HAZMAT requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum seven years of related logistics, transportation, distribution, movement control, or DoD operations experience.
  • •Active U.S. Secret clearance required (can start with Interim Secret clearance).
  • •U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a Kuwait/host nation driver’s license (and hold a valid U.S. passport).
  • •Knowledgeable in HAZMAT certification and TMR/TCMD processing, with strong attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency with LIS systems including LOADOUT, GCSS-Army, IGC, and JCM, plus supervisory/leadership experience.
