Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product experience for the indirect partnerships channel in Brazil
  • •Build partner platform capabilities for onboarding, managing, and growing partner client bases while improving visibility and reducing manual support
  • •Design seamless, scalable partner client experiences across partner types, balancing configurability vs. consistency
  • •Lead repeatable, scalable onboarding journeys by moving from bespoke partner setups
  • •Create internal middle-office enablement tooling to reduce operational overhead and increase throughput without headcount growth

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product management experience
  • •Fluent English for daily collaboration with global partnerships and Legal/Compliance/Risk stakeholders

  • •Prior familiarity with foreign exchange or payments is a plus
  • •Experience in fintech or regulated financial products, or partnership/channel strategy, is a plus
