Support the management of creators on TikTok LIVE by analyzing creator characteristics and streaming behaviors using qualitative and quantitative methods. •Manage and operate creator communities and develop strategies informed by market and competitor research
•Set and manage goals and KPIs and conduct data analysis to track performance

Key Requirements

•Able to commute to the Tokyo office (in-office work assumed) and work from the Tokyo office 28 hours per week
•Advanced level of Japanese plus English, or advanced level of Japanese plus Chinese, for external communications with Chinese market stakeholders
•Strong interest in the entertainment field
