•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for functional areas across multiple locations simultaneously to ensure effective hiring outcomes.
•Maintain a smooth candidate experience through timely communication, clear feedback, and professionalism.
•Collaborate with department leaders and HR teams to provide guidance and support recruitment strategy.
•Use sourcing strategies (including passive candidate recruiting) to build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
•Use ATS to track candidates, provide recruitment updates and metrics, and maintain accurate records for regulatory standards.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 annually
