Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • •Work with customers to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget requirements.
  • •Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and coordinate project completion on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • •Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, coordinating internal resources, 3rd-party suppliers, and delivery partners as needed.
  • •Adhere to PMO governance, address risks and issues throughout the lifecycle, and produce and maintain project documentation/status information.

Key Requirements

  • •Prince2 certification (preferred: Project Management Professional).
  • •ITIL v3 Foundation certification (preferred certifications in Service Strategy/Design/Transition/Service Operation/Continual Service Improvement).
  • •Practical knowledge of Lean, six-sigma, and Agile (PMI-ACP desirable).
  • •Experience with and strong knowledge of governance frameworks.
  • •Proven working experience in project management with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
