Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day operational management and visibility of Wing’s active end-to-end client fulfillment pipeline.
  • •Maintain pipeline health by reviewing movement, identifying aging/stalled accounts and capacity bottlenecks, and ensuring accurate pipeline stages.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional handoffs across Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Onboarding, Training, Operations, Product/Specialized teams, and Finance support.
  • •Oversee staffing and candidate pipeline progress, including client selection and decision tracking, and escalate risks such as delays, shortages, or incorrect handoffs.
  • •Establish pipeline governance via SLAs, produce pipeline reporting/forecasting, and improve underlying workflows and escalation protocols.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HKD 39,000 - 60,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in operations, program management, revenue operations, staffing operations, customer success operations, or similar environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows involving multiple departments across Sales, Recruitment, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with high-volume operational pipelines.
  • •Strong understanding of SLAs, workflow management, escalation management, and process optimization.
  • •Experience using CRM and project/workflow management and reporting platforms (including familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, and Power BI).
