Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead weekly & monthly rituals on trade performance and budget management with Sales teams and senior leadership; coordinate day-to-day financial analyses and business cases among Customer Group Leads, Brand Category Leads and Finance to ensure prioritization, execution and communication
  • •Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, revenue, and profitability; analyze sales trends and provide recommendations to senior leadership to optimize performance
  • •Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop and execute joint business plans, including sales forecasts, revenue growth targets, and profitability goals
  • •Analyze promotions, pricing strategies, digital shelf, and assortment; develop customer-specific go-to-market strategies based on national brand guidance
  • •Act as right-hand of customer account lead during deal-making; own negotiation strategy and deal structure (pricing, terms, SLAs, incentives, risk mitigation) to maximize margin and long-term value

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MA degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics) awarded by a recognized university
  • •5-8 years of relevant working experience (consultant or financial analyst background helpful)
  • •Revenue management / Commercial finance experience preferred
  • •Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office and MS Excel
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels and digest complex information
