  • •Design and lead implementation of scalable, customer-centric solutions for diverse APAC markets.
  • •Identify, build, and maintain LLM-powered automations to improve speed and efficiency across regional markets.
  • •Own evolution of the product observability stack to identify gaps and enable growth and operational excellence.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan roadmaps and deliver realistic scope across multiple teams/squads/tribes.

  • •Solid Java 17 experience with Spring and microservice architecture, with 10+ years of work experience.
