Key Responsibilities

  • •Build solutions that help users get the most out of Algolia.
  • •Run experiments and A/B tests to select the best solutions.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Design to explore opportunities.
  • •Help evolve and scale the Growth platform for customers and internal teams.
  • •Write high-quality, well-tested code; participate in code reviews; improve engineering quality, processes, and tooling.

Salary: USD 136,400 - 196,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Passion for delivering great UX for diverse user groups across industries.
