•Run experiments and A/B tests to select the best solutions.
•Collaborate with Product and Design to explore opportunities.
•Help evolve and scale the Growth platform for customers and internal teams.
•Write high-quality, well-tested code; participate in code reviews; improve engineering quality, processes, and tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,400 - 196,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Passion for delivering great UX for diverse user groups across industries.
•Mindset to make data-informed decisions and measure the impact of changes.
•Some experience with or strong interest in event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS.
•Experience building production applications with a backend language (Ruby; exploring Go).
•Comfort working across the stack, including growing into full-stack development with TypeScript and React.
