Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full operational lifecycle support for Informix, MySQL, and other databases, including administration, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, security, updates, monitoring, deployment, diagnostics, and remediation.
  • •Install, configure, secure, maintain, deploy, and support databases on enterprise systems in coordination with enterprise DBAs.
  • •Develop templates and implement standard database configurations; configure and support enterprise replication where required.
  • •Monitor database health, mitigate issues and downtime, and implement approved changes across environments including after-hours production changes.
  • •Support database operations for CM/ECF and PACER, including schema changes, data migration planning, SQL query writing for stakeholders, and backup/recovery testing.

Key Requirements

  • •MA/MS degree with 5+ years or BS/BA degree with 7+ years of general experience in IT systems.
  • •Strong experience administering cloud database platforms, including Informix and MySQL.
  • •Expertise in SQL, performance tuning, workload management, and database optimization.
  • •Experience operating databases in AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
  • •Proven ability to automate database administration using IaC and scripting.
