Deliver exceptional, friendly service at the cashwrap while maintaining accurate transactions and compliance. Promote Coach’s Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards. Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods, complete end-of-shift audits, and keep the checkout area organized. Support operational excellence by mentoring and training cashiers and promptly reporting equipment issues. Work a flexible retail schedule and meet customer service standards.
