Job Summary

Work with Intel’s Networking Solutions Group to deliver customized IPU-based solutions for cloud service providers. Build POCs, act as the go-to technical resource for datacenter and AI infrastructure, and help customers manage feature request processes while enabling solutions and debugging issues. Contribute across the IPU lifecycle, including board bring-up, device initialization, OS driver/kernel configuration, system management, testing, verification, and performance/reliability optimization across hardware, firmware, and software.

Key Responsibilities

•Build POCs with customers by understanding needs and use cases, collaborating with internal and external partners.
•Serve as the primary technical resource for customers building complex datacenters and AI infrastructure, including performance characteristic understanding.
•Prepare and deliver technical content to customers, such as presentations and workshops.
•Contribute across the IPU lifecycle, including board/platform bring-up, device initialization, OS driver and kernel configuration, system management, feature enablement, testing, debugging, and verification.
•Define systems implementation and integration solutions and plans to ensure optimum performance and reliability across hardware, firmware, and software with network, storage, and AI workloads.

Salary: USD 122,440 - 172,860 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
•4+ years of combined experience in networking fundamentals (NICs, hardware accelerators, switching and/or modern data center protocols).
•Experience with system software stacks, including software-hardware interactions across platform firmware, device drivers, the Linux kernel, and user space performance.
•Customer-facing systems engineering and debugging experience across platform, computing, memory, and network components.
•Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, working independently across diverse stakeholders and managing priorities.
