Manager, Operations Management (Leadership Development Program)

Participate in an 18-month rotational Operations Leadership Development Program designed to prepare experienced manufacturing operations and engineering professionals for senior operations leadership. You’ll lead and own critical operational initiatives across global semiconductor manufacturing disciplines, improving cost, quality, on-time delivery, and safety while translating priorities into executable plans. Rotations include areas such as demand planning, manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, and specialized teams, supported by mentorship, performance coaching, and stretch assignments.
