Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build Dynamic Tables capabilities with engineers and Product Managers.
  • •Design, implement, support, and evolve features and performance improvements.
  • •Break down ambiguous problems and make technical and product tradeoff decisions.
  • •Analyze and resolve performance, correctness, and fault-tolerance challenges at scale.
  • •Ensure operational readiness, reliability, availability, and performance for delivered work.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience designing and building database internals or data-intensive systems (or equivalent research experience).
  • •Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems problem-solving.
  • •Ability to take a problem from open question to production software.
  • •Proficiency with AI-native software engineering and agentic development workflows.
  • •BS in Computer Science or related field, with strong English communication skills.
