Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day business operations and spearhead strategic projects that do not yet have a permanent home.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks and unblock teams to ensure cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and sales.
  • •Support customer deployments and manage relationships with vendors and external partners (including site visits as needed).
  • •Handle analytical tasks, contract reviews, and resource planning to support executive decision-making.
  • •Manage the vital work of a fast-growing startup, including vendor negotiations and high-level prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of Investment Banking experience (required).
  • •2+ years in BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a similar high-growth startup role (preferred).
  • •High agency and comfort jumping into unfamiliar problems with a first-principles approach.
  • •Execution-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • •Strategic communicator who can distill complex problems into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
