Job Summary

Own end-to-end CI/CD and infrastructure delivery for semiconductor manufacturing tool mini data centers in air-gapped environments. Build and continuously improve automated provisioning pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for compute, network, storage, and firewall elements using Windows and Linux tooling. Lead and mentor a geographically distributed DevOps team, define pipeline standards and release management, and translate engineering requirements into scalable DevOps solutions. Travel to India 3–4 times per year for leadership and team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and continuously improve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Windows (PowerShell) and Linux (Ansible) workflows.
•Architect automated provisioning pipelines from bare-metal initialization through readiness validation.
•Design DevOps processes and tooling for air-gapped deployment and independent operation without cloud connectivity.
•Drive infrastructure-as-code across compute, network, storage, and firewall elements within embedded data centers.
•Lead and mentor a distributed team of DevOps engineers; set goals, conduct reviews, and recruit and retain talent.

Key Requirements

•Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
•5–10 years of progressive DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience with deep expertise across the full DevOps toolchain.
•At least 5 years of direct people management experience, including distributed or remote teams.
•Expert-level CI/CD platform proficiency and pipeline design (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
•Strong hands-on infrastructure-as-code and configuration management experience (including Ansible and PowerShell DSC/scripting).
