Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Process Hazard Analysis organization, including strategy development, workforce planning, budget management, and talent development.
  • •Deliver a risk-based process safety program enabling safe deployment of new technologies, tools, chemicals, and facilities systems.
  • •Drive hazard assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective corrective actions.
  • •Partner with engineering, facilities, EHS, manufacturing, corporate labs, and suppliers to identify and mitigate process safety risks.

Key Requirements
