•Partner with Product and Tech teams to navigate complexity and deliver scalable technical solutions for corporate customers.
•Streamline processes across markets to reduce operational complexity while tailoring decisions to local competitive and cultural dynamics.
•Track, analyze, and report on initiative metrics to maintain visibility and continuously iterate at speed.

•Significant experience in strategy consulting or business operations within tech, marketplace, or B2B environments.
•Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across commercial and product teams.
