Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end operational performance, service quality and customer outcomes across the division, ensuring delivery against SLAs and turnaround times.
•Define, implement and continuously evolve the operating model in line with enterprise strategy, driving standardisation and clear handoffs.
•Lead transformation, automation and technology enablement to increase efficiency, with governance over prioritisation and execution across platforms.
•Manage budgets, transformation investments and cost control to enable scalable growth and value realization.
•Maintain strong risk, regulatory governance and control frameworks; act as senior escalation point for material issues.

Key Requirements

•Senior leadership experience in banking or financial services operations with direct responsibility for Treasury, Capital Markets and Wealth Management functions.
•Strong knowledge of end-to-end operating models, risk management, regulatory compliance and control frameworks within multi-jurisdictional environments.
•Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact transformation, automation and digitalisation initiatives across legacy and new platforms.
•Proven experience in budgeting, cost management, productivity improvements and resource deployment at scale.
•Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and governance capabilities.
