Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered full-stack applications integrated with Visa’s product ecosystem and developer platforms.
•Manage and mentor an engineering team while delivering scalable AI systems.
•Build and ship end-to-end AI applications using Python backend services and React/TypeScript frontend experiences.
•Architect and operationalize GenAI and AIOps for automation, observability, intelligent event detection, and incident management.
•Apply governance, security, and responsible AI practices for model explainability, data governance/redaction, and secure production deployments.

Key Requirements

•8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 11+ years total experience; or advanced degree/PhD equivalents).
•8+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
•Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and Haystack, and AWS Bedrock GenAI tools.
•Python backend development (FastAPI strongly preferred) and frontend development with React and TypeScript.
•Experience shipping products on AWS and implementing RAG at scale using vector databases and retrieval/vector stores.
