Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered full-stack applications integrated with Visa’s product ecosystem and developer platforms.
  • •Manage and mentor an engineering team while delivering scalable AI systems.
  • •Build and ship end-to-end AI applications using Python backend services and React/TypeScript frontend experiences.
  • •Architect and operationalize GenAI and AIOps for automation, observability, intelligent event detection, and incident management.
  • •Apply governance, security, and responsible AI practices for model explainability, data governance/redaction, and secure production deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 11+ years total experience; or advanced degree/PhD equivalents).
  • •8+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and Haystack, and AWS Bedrock GenAI tools.
  • •Python backend development (FastAPI strongly preferred) and frontend development with React and TypeScript.
  • •Experience shipping products on AWS and implementing RAG at scale using vector databases and retrieval/vector stores.
