Job Summary

Provide senior technical support for customer issues as part of the Customer Reliability team. Partner with development engineering to track and drive resolution of escalations, bugs, and feature requests, while building internal troubleshooting trainings, guides, and knowledge base articles. Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests, collaborate with escalation management on high-touch accounts, and participate in on-call rotation.

•Nice to have: knowledge of Oracle and IBM Cloud.
