Job Summary

Ensure accurate, timely settlement operations for TikTok Shop’s logistics/transportation business. You’ll manage daily settlement workflows, perform multi-system reconciliation (invoices, shipments/waybills, settlement and payments), validate and maintain rate cards, and support monthly settlement preparation with pre-payment checks and cost breakdowns. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product/Data to troubleshoot discrepancies, improve billing/reconciliation processes, and follow data security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle day-to-day settlement operations for the logistics/transportation business, including billing logic understanding, charge validation, and issue tracking.
•Perform regular reconciliation across invoice, shipment/waybill, settlement, and payment data; investigate discrepancies and drive resolution.
•Validate and maintain rate cards to ensure data accuracy, version control, and traceability.
•Support monthly settlement preparation, including pre-payment checking, cost breakdown, and basic analysis.
•Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Product/Data to troubleshoot billing/reconciliation issues and drive continuous improvements while following data security/compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in data reconciliation, audit, or financial analysis (logistics, payments, or large-volume waybill reconciliation preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in Audit of Finance.
•Independently manage multi-system reconciliation (e.g., TMS vs system billing vs vendor invoices) ensuring completeness and data quality.
•Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, Power Query, XLOOKUP) to build reconciliation models and anomaly detection templates.
•English working proficiency to communicate and understand complex business rules and system documentation.
