Payroll Specialist

Manage US semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate, on-time processing in Workday. Handle payroll administration including hires, terminations, status changes, tax updates, transfers, 401(k) feeds, garnishments, and supplemental payments. Resolve discrepancies via Workday reporting, support audits and control improvements with Finance, and process equity transactions (RSUs, NSOs, ISOs). Provide government reporting inquiry support.
