Job Summary

Own the support, optimization, and governance of media financial workflows within a global Shared Services model. Serve as the functional expert for Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) while ensuring clean data integration with Deltek Maconomy ERP. Manage end-to-end media billing, invoicing, reconciliations, month-end reporting, and audit-ready financial controls, partnering with finance, AP/AR, and IT to standardize processes and implement automation and exception-based billing validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media financial workflows including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications.
•Configure and optimize Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) settings, workflows, and templates aligned to global standards to improve processing throughput.
•Monitor and maintain integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data consistency and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Act as the liaison between agency finance teams, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT, providing system training and guiding onboarding into standardized workflows.
•Produce and analyze media financial reports (spend pacing, revenue status, variances) and support month-end close, maintaining audit-compliant governance controls and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience using Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong financial literacy, including multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills to reconcile, manipulate, and analyze large data sets across disconnected systems.
