Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
  • •Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations, including recurring close entries and financial results.
  • •Oversee general ledger and balance sheet integrity across multiple legal entities (e.g., fixed assets, accruals, cash/credit card, amortization, depreciation, and P&L drivers).
  • •Lead intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and issue resolution across global entities.
  • •Maintain internal controls, support audits/tax/statutory reporting, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • •CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience managing an accounting team.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC requirements, including research and GL reconciliation/analysis.
